Join us for an exciting tofu-focused culinary competition! The day begins with a tofu educational segment led by Chef Makini at 10 AM, followed by the competition starting at 10:30 AM. Teams of 2 chefs or students have 90 minutes to create one exceptional dish using Makini's premium tofu. Awards ceremony at 1 PM recognizes best student dish and best professional dish. FREE admission for all attendees.
